The Computing and Information Services (CIS) mission is
to provide those support services needed to acquire, install, maintain,
and operate the computing and telecommunications systems required in meeting
the mission objectives of Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
CIS is committed to provide quality, timely, and professional services
to their user constituency. Their responsibilities include mainframe, mini-
and microcomputer resources, local area networks, the campus telephone system,
network and user security services, wide area network access capabilities,
and various electronic information services such as web and email.
